The bgs 10 rainbow is the highest graded given the green is a pop 1 (don't have the base so not sure it counts yet)
This is also my 3rd 2012 gold and 3rd logoman.
Thanks

:D Some terrific cards in this thread! As the name suggest my primary collection is focused around Kemba Walker. Thus all panini era cards. Whilst not the best manufacturer imo, the cards noted in my current top 10 keep me thoroughly happy. 10. 2015 Galactic. The first and the best! 9. Totally certi...

Re: A collecting shift; insights needed HELP!
I have purchase some nice 90s rice cards in the past. But whilst they are nice to look at, I do regret buying them and definitely think once in hand I've realised they most certainly are not worth the price. Having spoken to some of these higher profile 90s dealers on IG for trades of purchases I h...

I have noticed Penny is quite expensive. I see a theme amongst the group to sell now in hoped to buy back later.

I very much appreciate your response. I think about the Money spent since 2018 and agree I question whether this is a hobby for a long term as it does seem quite sustainable price wise. Re: A collecting shift; insights needed HELP!
I've gone through this before and my collecting did change significantly. Previously I had the second largest player collection of my guy, so basically "super collector" territory. I was missing maybe 10-12 cards. Long story short, the prices on things became more and more untenable, peop...

Re: A collecting shift; insights needed HELP!
I had a big shift in my collecting habits in the mid 2000s. I realized that my PC players I had collected since I was a kid in the 90s wasn't worth much, and although I had fun collecting my all time favorites, I had too many guys I collected and not enough focus on any long term value. Though I'd ...

Re: A collecting shift; insights needed HELP!
The beauty of this is there is no right or wrong answer. I've tried many different ways of collecting and you won't know what you like until you try it. My main collection consists of MJ but because I still watch and play basketball, I have smaller collections of current players. I've collected man...

A collecting shift; insights needed HELP!
Calling on all experienced collectors that may have had a shift in there collecting journey at one point in time or another. Since returning in 2018 I've had a couple of different journeys however have been hyper focused on Glen Rice and Kemba Walker for the past 2-3yrs. I've managed to put together...

Great collection! He is truly under appreciated. Can't name too many guys in the league that play as hard as he does. Not much more you can ask of someone.

Re: Should Card "Cleaning" be Considered Alteration?
I'm a bit late to the party here, but agree that anything other than wiping down with a mico fibre to remove prints and dust is 100% altering the card imo. I collected as a kid in the 90s (I wouldn't really call it collecting more just looking at cards in binders) but would say I'm relatively new to...

Re: Embossing needs to make comback!
100% agree embossing needs to make a swift return. Such an awesome feature!
I fear the lack of competition again with fanatics we could see minimal innovation and this frightens me. Only time will tell.
Anyways here is my favourite embossed. The 97 finest gold embossed atomic/74

Re: WHY DO YOU PC YOUR PLAYER??
This has been a great topic for discussion thus far and very much enjoyed, thanks for sharing. My story like many others commenced in the late 80s early 90s opening cheap packs (topps and upper deck) with my older brothers. I don't remember how but I fell in love with the Charlotte Hornets. As I gre...
