Honestly, now that I think about it, I think they chose the right guy to be the face for the company. Speaks volumes, really. (Allegedly, in my opinion)

Keep in mind this guy knows the predatory nature of up charges, but he doesn't mind profiting off them! (Allegedly, in my opinion.)

People think the seedy underground of altering cards or even straight up creating fake cards is the biggest scam in the hobby. Turns out the biggest scam is the one perpetuated by one of the biggest companies in the space operating right out in the open.
