2023 NBA Finals: Nuggets/Heat Discussion

Crazy that a historic night for Jokic can actually be that expected at this point.

I was hoping for another Murray layup off the literal top of the glass. Wasn’t disappointed.

Jokic becoming the first player in NBA history to put up a 30-20-10 game during the finals. Then Murray also picking up a triple double with a 24-10-10 performance.

And yeah, that Murray layup was wild, lol.

My oldest and I went to the Nuggets watch party last night at Ball Arena for game 4. 18,000 in attendance. It was a really similar atmosphere to an actual game minus the near dead silence during Heat runs or when the Nuggets weren’t scoring, lol

Really wish I had these seats for an actual game.

We were like 15 feet from where Chris Marlowe and Bill Hanzlik were setup broadcasting. Here’s Hanzlik doing the selfie-cam where they throw you up on the Jumbotron.

Seems like an incredible experience, glad you got to experience that. A much more affordable way to get the experience of attending the finals (in some fashion)

Hope to see Miami take the series home and eventually force a Game 7. I know I’m asking for a lot but Kevin Love has done it before… I wouldn’t put it past him to do it again…

Thanks man! It’s pretty surreal. I got to watch the game with family and a bunch of friends who’ve been Nuggets for years as well. Great to finally bring one home.

Congrats, Ryan! Great series, great win for your Nuggets! Even thought it only went 5 games, I enjoyed watching each game. The intesity and defense, especially in the 4th quarter last night, was fun to watch. Unfortunately, we don't see that kind of effort in the regular season anymore.

Yeah you could tell both teams weren't going to give up. Started looking a bit like a rec center game for awhile in the 4th with sloppy passing, lol, but i'm sure theose guys were spent by that point. Was a great effort.

Yeah his playoff run was amazing. I was also super happy to have Murray coming back into the playoffs as good as ever.
