How many 1/1 from 1997-1999

Post by siuwongkee »

Long time no see everyone. I have a question on my mind, since I only active briefly for a year from 97-99. From AI and my understanding these are the sets with 1/1 parallel. (I excluded sets like 1997 ex-2001 although it has 1/1, but what I mean is a base set/parallel all having 1/1s)

1997 -98
Fleer
Flair X4
UD holding court

1998 - 99
Metal
ultra
Flair X3
UD Gold

1999 - 00
Fleer
Fleer Focus
Flair showcase
Mystique
Spx
Apex
Gold label
UD retro

Is there more?

I'm guessing you're excluding printing plates. As I recall Stadium Club had printing plates in the late 90s.

Hello my friend,

Fleer should be changed to Fleer Ultra, the regular Fleer did not have any 1/1 cards.

Also, if going up to 1999, technically Flair Showcase also had 1/1 this year.

This is an interesting topic, I'll take a look and see if there are others I can find. There were some obscure products that got released during those years that also have 1/1s.

Some I can think of are Upper Deck Retro 1/1 I think Retro was 98/99 or 99/00, also 98/99 Upper Deck Gold 1/1.
