Holy crap! That is amazing!!ChrisP57 wrote: Thu Oct 09, 2025 5:46 pm Excited for today's mailday. This has a giant patch from when the Pacers wore the special Hickory Jerseys. Panini being Panini of course they inserted it upside down but I love unique jerseys like this

This one is still at Comc, but acquired it recently so maybe it will be acceptable in the thread. SHowley might have to make a ruling!
I collect very few autographed cards....but when I saw this one.... jersey numbered 8/10.....from 2023-23 championship season, I had to have it! I didn't know what the jersey was, but after a little research, I think this is their City Edition from the 2022-23 season, although I'm not an expert on these things:

I had to do a double take on this one, I thought I was looking at Eric Montross RIP. SICK patches. Holofoil as well? Looks to be the case. Holofoil is always a win.Hallco wrote: Mon Oct 20, 2025 8:05 pm This one is still at Comc, but acquired it recently so maybe it will be acceptable in the thread. Dairy Bird only has a few rookie autos. For Prizm he has a base Penmanship and Silver Penmanship. I have no clue why he was only included in this subset and why he was short printed, but it makes for a cool rookie chase because he wasn’t overprinted. He just got a nice contract extension which was well deserved after his play the last few seasons. Only 2 silvers have been graded since release.

Montross was one of the top 10 rookies and he was in some low end inserts, but as a kid during that time, if you were in an insert set, it magically meant you were a good player, so I remember that draft class, the top names anyway, quite fondly!
HAHA!!! ADONAL FOYLE
That's a good one lmao

Three new ones added to the 2012-13 Silver Knight project, slow slow progress. After 10 years of looking for the Kawhi Leonard, I found one about 2-3 months ago. Then of course, another one shows up yesterday so I grabbed it.

That Matas is beautiful! That's an incredible Immaculate design, that has Immaculate vibes without looking like every other Immaculate card Panini makes. Matas has really gotten off to a great start this season.
Congrats on the silver knight progress!

I knew I wanted to grab one of these. I think it is one of the more creative and nice looking parallels Topps has been putting out.

Re: A Rolling Mailday Thread (Basketball)
Finally got some pics of the bigger non card oddball stuff I got at a recent card show.
2 1990s Becketts with Jordan on the front (serious nostalgia trips here for me)
3 1990-91 Panini Sticker Album with full sheets of all stickers (2 sealed, 1 with loose stickers)
1 1994 Nike Jordan 16 month calendar
These were $1 each!
In those 25 gallon rubbermaid tubs below some vendor's table at a big show where everyone is focused on the showcases lol

Re: A Rolling Mailday Thread (Basketball)
Big couple weeks of additions for my Silver Knight collection.
I was thrilled to see the LeBron pop up as a buy it now for $30. This was #1 on my want list and I was happy to find a clean raw copy. A PSA 9 went for $300 last year.
The Beal was the biggest rookie that I was missing and I overpaid for it on COMC which I was fine with based on the total I have spent putting the set together (less than $5 per card).
After hunting the Kawhi for 10 years and adding one a few months ago. A second showed up on COMC so I grabbed it because it is never bad to have multiple copies of hard to find rookies.
Lastly, this is the third copy of Klay Thompson that I won. Again, multiples never hurt anyone.

Re: A Rolling Mailday Thread (Basketball)
Same. I think they were some big box clothing retailer exclusive. Sears I think. The different color borders from all years always made me think they'd be tough on grading too. Nice pickup!

The Ray Allen emerald auto has been on my wantlist for years now. For whatever reason whenever I look for one I’m not big on the auto quality. Yours looks awesome.FrankAZHP wrote: Sat Nov 15, 2025 8:37 pm Stuff I got from the recent Arizona State Card Show and a few from previous shows I didn't do videos on.

Re: A Rolling Mailday Thread (Basketball)
Yeah I believe it was Sears and they did it for 3 years with the 92 set being the last. Supposedly from what I read, the 92 set is the "rarest" of the sets. I've always loved how the Bronze Border works on this set and 1991-92 Hoops were my first packs of basketball cards so I'm more partial to that set than the previous releasesFrankAZHP wrote: Tue Nov 25, 2025 7:15 pmSame. Re: A Rolling Mailday Thread (Basketball)
Fun mailday today, nice big patch with two letters from a Kenny "The Jet" Smith game used jersey, a 90's Penny acetate insert, and I've been wanting an Oscar Robertson patch card forever and was finally able to add one!
