Oh ya, I'm a huge fan of trying to engage in the hobby in ways other than purchasing cards. Unfortunately, the takes time, and as a father of two young kids, admiring, organizing, photographing, cataloguing my collection requires time I don't quite have :D
Yeah same lol. I find stuff now piles up for several months before I can find the time to properly organize.

What we need to do is teach the kids the proper way to organize/store cards then they could do that work for us. 😄
Always looking for high end Nuggets cards, current players and Rare 90's/00's!

Pulled these pics from eBay.

Some more favorite sets of mine, all affordable but I’m sure E-Motion X-Cited is the most recognizable of the bunch

When I really get the itch I carve out an hour after bed time while some crappy reality TV is on to make everyone in the house happy haha

All great cards, the X-Cited cards are stupid cheap and I was very surprised when I first saw how cheap the Elevators are too. They just have a look of a card that would be worth way more.

I feel like the Lift Offs belong in that group you shared

Good call on the Lift Offs, don’t have any but it’s a set I’ve been meaning to get in hand. Has to be the only instance of Skybox using the Atomic pattern. Topps def gave them grief over that.

The Elevators def have the look of a more expensive set. The same exact effect as Rave Review and Ultra Stars Gold for a fraction of the price.

Not being a 90s guy, do you know why this is? Is it rarity? I think the same thing applies to more modern cards, but the cards and sets that get hyped up over more affordable yet similar sets don't make sense to me.

I think it's a combination of the fact that there's no Jordan in the set and they're easier hits than the others.

I did the same a while back, that's how I got into card photography lol. I love cataloguing and organizing...probably a little too much. Photography can draw out an incredible display of the cards best features.

Man, this is such a sick looking set. Imagine Jordan and Kobe were in it, it would magically be iconic and the talking heads would be wacking themselves off over it.
