Yeah I was thinking the same. As much as I hate the idea of players jumping ship to form super teams, Miami is probably the spot for him if that’s what he’s trying to do.

The money for Bruce Brown seems like a lot, but there's a team option on the second year and the new CBA incentivizes spending up to the salary floor (the Pacers are way under since their core are mostly on rookie contracts until the Halliburton max kicks in in 24-25). So I think it is a pretty good deal really.

Kind of disappointed that the Pacers sold so low on Duarte, but whatever. I still think he has a shot to be a decent 3 and D guy and every team needs those players.

Obi Toppin trade is whatever to me. Pacers fans generally seem to love the move but the dude's been garbage in the 10-15 games I've seen of him in the NBA. I hope my sample size is just bad and he proves me wrong.

They basically traded Duarte for Toppin. I love the Toppin move; we really needed another 4.
