Post some of your favorites. Topps has actually been using this in their baseball cards since the 60s. It’s that 3D plastic that gives the illusion of movement.

The movement on the Hot numbers is crazy. The background really feels like it’s floating. It’s probably my favorite after the 97 Jambalaya.

I felt like the 96 thrill seeker movement was very minimal and left a lot to be desired yet it still looks great in hand. It’s difficult to photograph these cards. They need to be seen in person to be fully appreciated. I never really cared for the Noyz Boys until I acquired one.

One of my all time favorite cards. He's actually dunking hard on Pippen in this one, but everything else is cropped out.

WOW there's TWO Kemps in this thread that have been high on my want list for a bit. I LOVE lenticular stuff, great thread. Was a fan as a kid and honestly wish they sprinkled them into modern inserts more nowadays.

Unfortunately I think all the lenticular cards I currently own are football or wrestling, so I have nothing to show.

Wow never seen that one. I think you’re right. I loved the foil insert version of those. That’s awesome. I always wondered about the wrapper redemption. As a kid, if you never seen anyone with it, you just assumed it was a scam 😂

I had never seen one back then either. I think Stack is the only other in the set. As cool as the animation is, I probably still prefer the originals.

Here’s another. Skybox really loved their liquid metal.

I have recently started a little player PC of Chauncey Billups, in order that I can build a binder of cool lower-end cards that do not fit into my the main part of my collection. This card from 2009-10 Upper Deck 3D Stars turned up today and ticks the lenticular box in a big way!

Wow, I'd never heard of, let alone seen one of these before! They really did do a great job with the effects on this one, like you said.

Here's a couple of base cards from 1996 Fleer USA, which show off more lenticular effects than most of the other rarer and more expensive sets. Notice the conversion of the planets to basketballs in the first example, and the color change on the Olympic rings in the second. If this isn't some literal proof that cool cards don't always have to be rare and/or expensive, then I don't know what is:

I didn't know these existed until now. I like the foil versions, and it's one of the new sweet 1995 insert sets my man Dan Majerle is in (Pan For Gold is another that comes to mind).
Will have to do some research to see if I can hunt down a Majerle now.

Not as fancy as most in this thread and you could argue it’s not even truly a basketball card, but this is the only lenticular card I own:
