Top 11 NBA players of all time according to machine learning?

I keep seeing posts about this list that some data scientist came up with and was wondering if anyone knew where it came from? Interested to see more details on the methodology used. So far all I've found are articles/posts referencing the same headline with no sources (examples below).

The list is as follows...
1. Jordan
2. Duncan
3. Kareem
4. LeBron
5. Kobe
6. Bill Russell
7. Hakeem
8. Wilt
9. Magic
10. Bird
11. Shaq
All time lists are subjective but this is generally the list of players you see in people's lists, just not necessarily in that order. And I do think that many under-rate Duncan. But 11 is a weird cut-off point, no? Anyone able to find info on the sources for the sake of credibility?
