The Browns traded away a ton of picks and then gave up a lot of guaranteed money when they got Deshaun Watson from the Texans. This came after Watson had voluntarily sat out the 2021 season and served an 11-game suspension to start 2022, the start of his tenure with his new team. Cleveland fans were excited to see what they would get from him in a full 2023 season, and then he got injured after six games.
