Thoughts on the series? I honestly love watching Jokic play, and I’m a huge Bruce Brown fan so I’m rooting hard for the Nuggets. I also can’t figure out how the Heat will defend Denver.

To try putting it plainly, I enjoy watching Jokic so much that I don’t even mind a potentially awful series.

Really excited about it! Nuggets have been unbeatable at home so facing the Heat definitely helps with us getting home court advantage.

The Heat were so impressive, and I really enjoy watching the Jokic/Murray combo. As much as I want a championship for Jokic, I tend to root for the underdog, so... let's just see a good, competitive series.

I love watching Jokic play. His 'Sombor Shuffle' might be one of the most un-guardable shots in history. Up there with Dirk's one-legger fade and Kareem's skyhook (probably #1). Who else?

I too tend to root for underdogs, but not even that can overpower my hope for Jokic to win his first ring. Just such a down to earth, humble guy who is impossible not to root for. He's one of a handful of players that I respect and enjoy enough to have a mini little pc of and try to add to.

I feel like this will be a quick series in favor of the Nuggets but Miami keeps on surprising so who knows.

I don't think it will be a sweep, but Nuggs did look very good last night. Miami shot really poorly last night for the most part and didn't get to the line. Jimmy will have at least 1 very good game.

Yeah agreed. I think one (maybe both?) Heat home games he'll pull out the will to dominate. Still might not be enough to get past the Nuggets defense but he's definitely their secret weapon.

Nuggets defense seemed like the culprit in game 2. Just overall poor positioning and lack of intensity, which Miami brought on the defensive end. Of course, Denver had issues with the zone too. But it felt like time and time again Denver was giving up easy looks due to poor defensive positioning and communication.

Miami has brute forced as much as realistically possible.
Very few teams have won it all without a former MVP and All-NBA teammates.
If Jimmy is serious about winning, he needs to ask a former MVP to sign with the Heat or maybe he can go to Philly and play with Embiid.

I've got to think Denver cleans up their act. There were a lot of miscues, defensively especially, that just should not be happening this deep in the playoffs. A lot of basic missed rotations, weak closeouts, miscommunications, and poor positioning that shouldn't be too hard to improve upon with this much time between games. They still have the best player in the series, so I think if they clean that up I like them to take it tonight.

I say Miami will win this one. Momentum from last game and I think they'll shoot well from 3 at home.

I missed game 2 while camping last weekend with zero reception. Given the outcome I was ok with that, lol.

Glad I was back in town for game 3, was a good one.

Crazy that a historic night for Jokic can actually be that expected at this point.

I was hoping for another Murray layup off the literal top of the glass. Wasn’t disappointed.
