Recent pickups on my end:


I've been looking for a JWill stadium club rc parallel but figured, why not pick up an authenticated auto for a fraction of the price instead? Really like the colored holofoil on this card and the bold silver auto. The Tyrese is the big acquisition; big addition to that PC plus my biggest laser card so pretty happy about that too. The Vlade puts me one away from completing the full Kings set in emerald and ruby. The Duncan was just hard to resist at $3 shipped.

This is filthy. You might've heard me mention on a past episode of Wax Museum about how I can't stand the "newer" version Magic unis. I've stayed away from buying his cards in that uniform.

One of the only exceptions I can see myself making is for his Pure Players because of its particular action shot, but it's such a cool speckle/E-X Century Credentials Now effect. Also love the intersecting circles going on, really makes it feel like an Upper Deck design.

Oh dang, the hate is strong for those Jerseys! Hahaha! I don't mind them much, of course prefer the original Magic unis (especially those sweet Blue Alternate Pinstripes...that Penny 97 UD Game Jersey with the Blue Swatch is a grail of mine I'd love to add one day).

Those atrocities were like the JNCO jeans equivalent to basketball jerseys.

I’d love one of the blue game jerseys though, that’s something I’ll definitely be looking for down the road too.

Nah I don't do Funco Pops. To be blunt I can't stand them. I think they're the ugliest toys ever created and take up way too much space. I have 2 super early Punisher ones in my unopened Punisher toy collection that I got when they first came out before there were a million variations and don't plan on picking up any more. My girlfriend has like 10 of them, and one of my roommates has like 400 of them. If people like them, good for them. Just aint for me.
