Great, great last handful of cards. That Baylor is beautiful with that on card auto and gold foil.

Just got this one...still surprised I pulled the trigger lol I don't think I'm fully satisfied with the photo, but for now I think it looks better on PC than mobile.

Some more die cuts that came in this week.

Netrageous grew on me a bit. Still wish it was etched foil though.

Of all the more recognizable insert sets from the 90s, Hot Shots is probably the one that took me the longest to pick up outside of his Jambalaya.
Hope to add that one day as well. I'm getting very close to having all of his tougher pure insert releases in a Magic uni.

Love the embossing on this one.

Great stuff - love the pictures of the Hot Shots, hadn't seen that level of detail before in a pic online.

Thanks, the embossing works really well. Speaking of detail, see the leftover piece of white along the left edge by his waistband? Saved me from paying an extra $400.

This is the first time I’ve had a card from the set in hand and def have a new appreciation for them. @cardchannel on IG actually did the math on their print runs and apparently they’re /675. That’s a really low run for a 96-97 set. Almost Credentials /499 territory.

Nice ones! Hot Shots has always been one of my favorites inserts. Was around the time inserts started getting really cool IMO. Before serial #'ing a well so you don't have to spent a fortune to obtain nowadays.

Great stuff, boys. That Dirk is outstanding.

Penny Hot Shots is one of the best ones in the set.

I've never seen that Joe Smith before, good luck on the set!

Nice Ultimate.

Just this for me, been after it for a while.

These are the 5 cards I got since I back to the hobby in late May. I think I am quite strict to what I can purchase. (Other than the Iverson Gold Stars, I wanna see the appeal of the set) I am not even over-spending. (Which, when I starts any apps game, it is very likely to occurs) In the end, I think my only regret so far is I miss the Iverson 1998 star rubies Ninty boy from Ebay (Only saw that on cardladder afterwards) and the 1997 Essential Ray Allen future.

Especially the Future Ray. (I think it is possible with my budget to get both future and now as a pair) Despite I have some reserve from my entertainment fund. I just paid my lawyer and my building surveyor for the lawsuit with my building management and I could not convince myself to go for that. My family knows I am not happy and say can you go look for one at a price higher than the finishing bid, (they will pay for me) but I guess, this is not the way I wanna go with things this time.

Insanely impressive stuff here as usual. The Netrageous, The Hot Shots, the quad Jersey with Bron/Wade/Dwight, the Ultra Platinum Duncan RC! Holy crap!

I have yet to take photos of my raw pickups lately. When I get around to that it will be a hell of a dump here. For now, here's my most recent vintage graded pickup from a show last weekend.

Weird seeing Barry in the Rockets jersey.

Thanks man, appreciate it. These are some of my favorite cards from the era of the league I'm most fond of. No discoloration, superb photography and design and the golden holofoil is the crowning feature. I've got a Bryant Stith and Dale Ellis if you need those, you can have them.

Those 1991 Fleer base brought memories flooding back. A local shop had packs of Fleer 1991 for $.25 each when I was in middle school in the early 2000s. I bought 4-8 packs every time we visited trying to get a bunch of Jordans. Every time we’d finish a box, a new one would replace the old. Damn I miss that. I probably opened a case worth of 1991 Fleer throughout middle school a handful of packs at a time.

Some really nice cards posted in the last few days.. the Kobe gold refractor is incredible. The foil on the Electric Court. The Duncan Profiles. The Hardaway die cuts. The Ultimate quad that reminds me how Exquisite was Ultimate’s little brother for about 5 seconds. The crazy on-card auto chase! Holy crap is that Dirk auto/patch all foil? Sheesh I gotta get off here before I go on a buying spree.

@Abra Man, that's such a pretty card. So clean and vibrant. We need more full bleed photography these days.

@ChrisP Your taste is so good. That quad patch is awesome. I'm realizing how many nice multi-patches UD put out. Obviously that Kobe gold is incredible as well.

@Frank Nice graded base additions. I'm pretty darn close to completing the 88-89 set. I think I just need the Rodman and MJ all star.

Nice progress @MartyMcFly, that's a huge set and good luck acquiring the rest.
